Richard Burghgraef is the founder and President of Randolph Sterling, Inc.

He has over 17 years experience as a sales account executive, sales manager, sales consultant, operations director and employment services professional, working with individuals as well as small, mid-sized and large businesses including Pfizer, Schering Plough, Seton Hall University, Hospital News Newspapers, Marketing Projects, Inc. and Howard Johnson Hotels.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and is the author of Closing the Deal: Hot Sales Strategies that Make Money.

When he’s not helping his clients increase their success, he is serving his local community or enjoying a game of baseball.

Lisa Pickens is Manager of Outsourced Sales and SAM Group Membership Manager for Randolph Sterling, Inc. She has over 10 years of sales experience as a sales account executive and manager, specializing in mid-sized and large corporations coast to coast, including Million Dollar Round TableIRILaurens RestorationZender Enterprises, and Injury Prevention Technologies.

Daniel Nuccio is Randolph Sterling’s Director of Social Media. He works to stay up to date on the latest social media trends and is in the process of utilizing them for Randolph Sterling. He graduated from Roosevelt University in May of 2007 with a double major in Psychology and History, and has worked as a research assistant at Roosevelt, UIC, and Northwestern.

He has a wide variety of interests that range from classic film to neurobiology and genetics to the practical implementation of cognitive and social psychological concepts in the business world.
